Your tasks

• Owner representation for significant construction projects in collaboration with the Building Office
• Maintenance planning to ensure value preservation throughout the entire lifecycle of your assigned properties
• Creation of site and property strategies
• Strategic conception of sustainable solutions and conducting potential studies
• Long-term, strategic, financial planning of investments in the overall context of the Canton of Zurich's financial budget
• Coordination of rental projects with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

• You have several years of broad experience in the real estate sector and hold a university degree in construction, planning, or real estate
• You bring real estate economic knowledge
• You have pronounced conceptual, analytical-structuring skills and convince with a diverse methodological repertoire
• Your interest lies in challenging tasks at the interface of the real estate industry, politics, and administration
• You are proactive and have strong communication and teamwork skills
