Auditor 80 - 100%The Elementary School Office (VSA) is committed, together with partners in schools and communities, to a high-quality elementary school for all. Starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for an auditor for the legal service. The position is limited to one year and entitles you to credit a maximum of three months towards the legal internship for the bar exam.
Your area of responsibility
You will independently handle legal questions in the legal service of the VSA from a wide range of legal areas, especially general administrative law, public personnel law, and school law. In addition, you will accompany appeal procedures, advise municipalities, schools, teachers, and parents on legal matters, and support the VSA departments in legal issues. The varied auditor position offers an in-depth insight into legal questions in the elementary school sector as well as into the tasks of a legal service and the activities of the cantonal administration.
Your profile
You have successfully completed your law master's degree (MLaw / lic.iur.) and may have already gained some professional experience. You have good knowledge of constitutional and administrative law and are interested in deepening your professional qualifications in this legal area. You are communicative, resilient, and have a careful and solution-oriented way of working. In conversations with parents, teachers, school management, and school board, you convince with a confident appearance and negotiation skills. Good expression (both oral and written) is a matter of course for you.
