Job Description

Our logistics center in Birr is responsible for the timely and reliable delivery to our customers in Switzerland and the Sika companies worldwide. Approximately 300 tons of delivery weight are prepared daily for shipment from our high-bay warehouse. Providing outstanding service to our customers is our highest priority. We are looking for a Team Leader Coordination 100% for our logistics center in the canton of Aargau (Birr).

In this role, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Operational control and monitoring of warehouse processes as well as escalation management
• Ensuring smooth material flows and timely order processing
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees (10 employees)
• Support of interfaces between SAP EWM and internal warehouse management system
• Active participation in daily operations (e.g., order picking, forklift driving) – you pitch in and stay close to the action
• Coordination of special processes (express orders, etc.)
• Analysis of process key figures and involvement in optimizations
• Operation of the freight forwarding counter including complaint handling
• Key user activities within the framework of SAP EWM implementation

Qualifications

• Completed training in logistics or technical vocational training
• Several years of experience in warehouse management and intralogistics
• Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably SAP EWM)
• Analytical thinking and high system affinity
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
