Your tasks:
- Support and assistance for SME training companies
- Conducting consultation appointments with regular customers
- Conducting onboarding conversations with new customers
- Responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Responsibility for the quality management of our company profiles and new postings
- Administrative tasks and participation in projects in the area of Customer Success Management
