- You enjoy working with children between 5 and 8 years old and support them in discovering the world
- You communicate in an age-appropriate and child-friendly manner with the children in your care and ensure respectful interaction
- You accompany the children during lunch as well as during leisure activities.
- You implement the rules in the day care operation
- Completed training as a Childcare Specialist (EFZ) or without pedagogical training
- Enjoyment of working with children in a lively environment and interest in pedagogical tasks
- Experience in caring for and guiding school-age children
- Outgoing, humorous, and empathetic
- Independent, assertive, and resilient
- Good communication skills
