Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the seizure department
 - Ensuring legally compliant and economical business processing
 - Independent, legally compliant, and timely handling of assigned tasks in seizure and realization procedures as well as city bailiff office matters
 - Targeted further development of the seizure department according to the directives of the office management
 
Your profile
- Customer-oriented attitude and high service orientation
 - Empathy, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
 - Problem-solving and decision-making competence
 - Teamwork, flexibility, strong character, as well as responsible and precise working style
 - Very good IT user skills (M365, BEA.NET)
 - Federal specialist certificate as a specialist in debt collection and bankruptcy or comparable qualification
