Customer Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you will accomplish:

You will lead interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams in power electronics development projects and act as the first point of contact for our customers

You create entrepreneurial value throughout the entire product lifecycle by supporting acquisitions, successfully bringing development projects into series production, and implementing customer changes and "Cost Down" measures during series maintenance

As a contact person, you ensure transparent and targeted communication with internal and external stakeholders at project and management levels

In collaboration with your customers, you define project requirements together with the Technical Project Managers

In project and negotiation situations, you always keep an overview and achieve the best possible result for both parties, taking into account the company's interests

You identify risks early and counteract them together with your project teams with sustainable measures

In case of deviations from targets, you carry out appropriate escalation scenarios and ensure that standards are maintained within the scope of development

You proactively contribute ideas for continuous improvement to the projects as well as to the organizational structure and processes

Through your process-compliant approach and sustainable actions, you are a role model for the team and ensure the achievement of goals regarding quality, specifications, costs, and deadlines

What you bring:

You have a higher education degree in engineering or industrial engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics (university of applied sciences diploma, university diploma, bachelor, master)

You ideally have several years of professional experience in project management in the field of power electronics/charging systems in the automotive environment

You possess a high technical understanding, extensive experience in international project business, and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive environment (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, etc.)

You apply your know-how profitably for the team with your systematic and structured way of working

You are used to driving projects purposefully and coordinating the different domains in your project work in a results-oriented manner

You find it easy to plan proactively and coordinate resources accordingly

High teamwork skills and negotiation skills characterize you

You bring leadership and decision-making competence, very good analytical skills, as well as a conceptual and creative way of thinking

You enjoy working in an international environment combined with corresponding international mobility

You are proficient in MS Office and the planning tool MSP as well as ERP systems (ideally Infor)

You have good English skills (spoken and written), German is an advantage
