Restaurant Saltz Buffet Staff Breakfast - 60%

• Providing hot and soft drinks as well as preparing and serving food items in the à la carte area (e.g., bread, butter, garnishes)
• Mise-en-place work at the buffet and in the back office (glasses, porcelain, cutlery)
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the buffet and terrace area as well as careful handling of materials and products
• Adherence to specified quality standards
• Support with daily drink control and ordering
• Regular checking of the minimum shelf life of F&B products
• Carrying out cleaning tasks in the buffet and office area
• Performing tasks as instructed by supervisors

We are looking for reinforcement at 60%, especially Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Since the shift already starts at 6:00 a.m., having your own available car is an advantage, especially given the limited public transport connections at this time.

• First experience in gastronomy or service is an advantage
