Your Field of Activity
- Review of offers, invoices, and supplements as well as preparation of management reports
- Conducting cost controls, cost estimates, as well as budget and cash flow planning
- Preparation of rough cost estimates based on comparable projects
- Creation of cost overviews and comparisons for subprojects in multi-project management
- Determination of cost key figures for benchmarks
Your Competence
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering (building construction) or a comparable technical education with experience in project controlling or commercial construction project management
- Initial professional experience in cost management or comparable positions in construction, ideally in the datacenter sector
- Knowledge of DIN 276 and BKI desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Analytical and detail-oriented working style combined with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
