What you can do with us

You take responsibility for a mixed property portfolio and ensure that owners, tenants and buildings work well together.

• You ensure the timely re-letting of terminated rental properties
• You coordinate the maintenance and renovations of the properties within the budget
• You accompany properties during conversion phases
• You develop and maintain market rents
• You participate in the definition and implementation of property strategies
• You plan budgets, check statements and keep an eye on quality and costs
• You assist in the preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• You maintain direct contact with customers and owners

  You take on the professional leadership of a clerk

• You represent owners before authorities if necessary

What you bring

You bring experience, expertise and a desire for responsibility. Your CV does not have to be perfect. Attitude, personality and enjoyment in dealing with people are important.

• Several years of experience in this role
• Completed further training as a property manager with a federal professional certificate
• Good knowledge of tenancy law and property maintenance
• Preferably first experience in professional leadership of employees
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills and reliable communication
• Organisational talent, quality awareness and high service orientation
• German at native level, good knowledge of GREM and Microsoft 365 as well as driving licence category B.
