Your Tasks
In the Operations Directorate, the COO is responsible for the following departments:
- Platforms (OP Department, AEMP, OP Management, AWR/SDS)
- Operations and Infrastructure (Purchasing & Logistics, Architecture & Construction, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology Hospitality, Medical Technology)
- Integrated Capacity Management and Central Dispatch
- Social Service / Case Management
- Sanitary Emergency Call Center (SNZ)
- Projects and Processes (Security, Pastoral Care, Operating Concepts for the New Building)
- Radiology Specialists (MTRA)
- Various Outpatient Clusters
Your tasks include:
- Central contact person for internal and external inquiries to the Operations Directorate
- Support of the COO in all organizational and administrative tasks of daily business within the Operations Directorate
- Preparation, support, and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and committee meetings, including minute-taking and documentation
- Creation of presentations, reports, and decision documents for various committees
- Ensuring structured documentation and filing of relevant documents
- Independent handling of tasks and projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training with specific completed further education (e.g., Executive Assistant FA)
- Business administration knowledge and several years of professional experience in a comparable position at the management level and in administrative management, ideally in healthcare or a complex institutional environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
