For our location in Cham, we are looking for a
Training Manager & Deputy Site Manager (m/f, 80 - 100% workload)
Your main tasks:
- Deputizing for the site manager during absences
- Co-responsibility for the organizational, personnel, and pedagogical management of the daycare
- Support with deployment planning, duty rosters, and vacation planning
- Participation in quality development and implementation of the pedagogical concept
- Support in carrying out the daily routine (planning, care assignments, activities, etc.)
- Contact person for parents, team, and external bodies
- Participation in team leadership, meetings, and employee appraisals
- Ensuring smooth operational processes
- Assistance with administrative tasks (documentation, controlling, processes)
- Professional and personal support of trainees/students
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of training at the site
- Organization and documentation of learning objectives and practical assignments
- Conducting qualification and site discussions
- Close cooperation with trainers, schools, and management
- Ensuring training quality according to the curriculum
- Support and coaching of trainers within the team
- Participation in recruiting new trainees
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training
- Solid experience in a comparable operation
- Independent, efficient, and organized working style
- Team-oriented, committed, motivated, flexible, and resilient personality
- Punctuality and reliability
- Joy and enthusiasm for working with and around children
- PC skills are an advantage
