Job Description

You love beautiful hospitality as we can offer it and enjoy helping shape our house and aligning it with the customer needs of tomorrow.

• This internship offers the opportunity to get to know the operation of a reception, as after careful introduction you will be deployed in both early and late shifts
• You are the first point of contact for our guests, answer questions, and provide important information
• You perform various administrative tasks, carry out daily closings, and get to know the reservation system
• Digitalization is not a foreign word to you and you creatively contribute your own ideas and suggestions

Due to our small reception team, you will be able to fully enjoy working independently!

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma, attended a commercial school, or have training in the commercial field
• German is your native language and you are proficient in French and English
• You are an outgoing front person and enjoy being in contact with guests, service providers, and team colleagues
• You share responsibility for ensuring a high quality standard
