The position is limited to 7 months with a 50% workload. Preferred working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Your tasks:
In this versatile role, you will significantly contribute to preparing ZHdK for the re-association with Erasmus+: You will adjust the data and processes in our mobility tool "Mobility-Online", clean up templates and forms, develop a signature process, adapt existing partnership agreements, help set up an interface to Evento, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for this purpose.

Your profile:
We are looking for an open and team-oriented personality with experience in the higher education sector, ideally already familiar with the processes of the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP) or Erasmus+. You have a quick grasp, keep an overview even in hectic times, and convince through your efficient, careful, and independent working style. Solid IT application skills are very important, and if you have already gained experience with the tool "Mobility-Online" or have been involved in an Erasmus+ association, this is a great advantage. Good oral and written German and English skills complete your profile.
