Your area of responsibility

• As team leader, you take on operational and personnel co-responsibility for the operating theatre team and ensure smooth information flow as well as coordination of daily business
• You are responsible for duty, holiday and resource planning, coordinate personnel deployments and support the organisation of an efficient and needs-based operating theatre operation
• You ensure the availability of materials, instruments and infrastructural resources, coordinate orders and contribute to the optimisation of processes and workflows
• You participate in recruitments, projects, further training and the development of work processes and promote interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the operating theatre area

Your experience

• As a trained specialist in operating theatre technology HF, you already have at least 1 year of professional experience in the common specialist areas
• You already bring leadership experience or you are motivated and interested in gaining leadership experience and are willing to complete leadership training
• Your natural, open and cooperative personality characterises you and you appreciate a respectful and collegial interaction
