Private Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

For the Raiffeisenbank Region Leuk, a successful and locally oriented bank with four branches, we are looking for a personality as a private customer advisor.

• Support and advice for our customers in the customer zone
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the personal customer portfolio
• Ensuring competent advice on financing issues (housing) as well as standardized advice on investment and retirement planning topics
• Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals, and life situation of the customers as well as within the framework of the segment-specific product range
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, events, and representative tasks

• Completed banking training or comparable education
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Strong customer- and sales-oriented thinking
