• You keep the daily clinic operations running by relieving the dual management and efficiently coordinating organizational processes
• You actively shape important clinic formats – from training sessions to team events to public professional conferences
• You ensure smooth personnel and administrative processes, thereby significantly contributing to the quality and stability of the clinic organization

• You have a commercial education with advanced training (executive assistant) or several years of professional experience
• Experience in healthcare is an advantage, and you are familiar with the processes in a clinic
• You feel comfortable in a lively environment, think in a networked way, and appreciate a varied, dynamic work environment
• You are resilient, service- and solution-oriented, possess a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness, and bring humor as well as empathy
• You are the first point of contact for sensitive and confidential matters and can confidently navigate an environment where absolute discretion and loyalty are indispensable
