When most people are sleeping, your shift begins. At night, you ensure with expertise, calmness, and oversight that our clients are well cared for even outside of daytime hours. We are looking for a dedicated certified nursing specialist HF who takes responsibility and works independently.

Certified Nursing Specialist HF, Night Shift Inpatient & Outpatient

You are a Certified Nurse Specialist HF – have professional experience in long-term care and home care, are independent, responsible, and solution-oriented – then contact us today. This interesting position is newly created with us. Your tasks may look as follows – perhaps you also have ideas:

Inpatient Night Shift

• Independent, professional care and support of residents
• Monitoring health status, performing nursing interventions
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with day shift, doctors, and other specialists

Outpatient Night Shift

• Telephone availability during the night for emergency deployments of home care clients
• If needed, on-site deployment to carry out urgent nursing measures
• Situational triage assessment and planning of further nursing care
• Close cooperation with the home care day team
