True to this motto, the Residential and Office Center for Physically Disabled People (WBZ) promotes self-responsibility, independence, and social integration of people with primarily physical disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that people with disabilities can live self-determined lives and engage in meaningful, qualified work.

To support our "Participation" department in the housing area, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue HF/FH (workload 60-80%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• You take on participation-oriented support of residents with physical disabilities.

• As a central contact person, you coordinate complex internal and external interfaces.

• You plan, manage, and evaluate individual participation processes in terms of functional health.

• You are responsible for the pedagogical service planning and ensure its implementation in the interdisciplinary setting.

• You design person-centered support focusing on self-determination and quality of life.

Your profile:

• Completed training in social pedagogy HF or FH.

• Experience in supporting people with disabilities is an advantage.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Confidence in dealing with complex relationship and interface situations.

• Structured, independent working style and sense of responsibility.

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development.
