Your tasks include, among others:

Service to guests

Sales and giving recommendations

Preparation and follow-up work for efficient service

Adhering to and implementing our service design

Taking on various responsibilities

Guiding other employees

Cash register accounting

Ideally, you bring the following:

A completed vocational training in gastronomy or hotel management

Professional experience in upscale service

You speak German and English (French, Italian are an advantage)

Strong communication skills, resilience, and sense of responsibility

Good knowledge in wine, spirits, and bar science

Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance at all times

The ambition to improve yourself and our establishment a little more every day
