This includes the support of IoT platforms, management of the LoRaWAN communication network, as well as the connection and integration of decentralized systems. You develop the technical architecture, evaluate new technologies, and contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects - in close collaboration with OT, the specialist departments, and external partners.
This is what you will do:
- You operate and monitor our IoT infrastructure with a focus on IoT platforms, gateways, and the LoRaWAN communication network.
- You ensure high data quality, operational reliability, and network availability, from sensors to platform integration.
- You accompany the technical implementation of IoT use cases in the areas of smart metering, environmental monitoring, e-mobility, and more.
- You provide IoT data for internal departments, prepare it, and visualize it in a user-oriented manner.
- You further develop the IoT architecture, evaluate new technologies, and drive IoT projects in close coordination with OT and the specialist departments.
- You establish an internal IoT competence center, promote knowledge building, and monitor technological trends in the IoT environment.
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed training in computer science, electrical engineering, automation, or comparable professional experience
- Experience with operation and setup of technical infrastructures, ideally in the IoT, network, or OT environment
- Knowledge in wireless communication (e.g., LoRaWAN) as well as ideally with IoT platforms
- Great interest in further developing the platform architecture in an increasingly decentralized supply system
- Experience in architecture design or project management of technical systems is an advantage
This is what we offer you:
