Private Banking Assistant - Africa Desk (100%)
The future Private Banking Assistant will play a key role within the Africa team, providing essential operational support and contributing to the quality of client service. He/she will actively participate in managing the workload, ensure service continuity through an effective backup system among colleagues, and help strengthen the operational efficiency of the department.
Beyond technical responsibilities, the candidate will bring a positive, reliable, and collaborative dynamic to an already very close-knit team recognized for its excellent work spirit.
The position is integrated within a team of 9 professionals, divided into two teams, working in a friendly, caring, and highly collaborative environment.
YOUR ROLE
- Excellent administrative skills: ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Good understanding of banking operations: including payment management, account monitoring, instruction processing, and general knowledge of common banking products.
- Impeccable organization: ability to prioritize effectively, structure tasks, and maintain rigorous follow-up on each file.
- Attention to detail: precision in execution, low error rate, systematic proofreading.
- Mastery of internal tools (or ability to learn quickly): CRM, payment systems, compliance tools, etc.
- Ability to work in pairs with other assistants (mutual backup) and collaborate with bankers from both teams.
