Job description:

In this role, you manage the tendering and awarding process and accompany the realization of the work on the construction site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project manager, you optimize the construction process, create the schedule, monitor costs and compliance with contract conditions. As an important part of an interdisciplinary team, you work closely with internal and external planners and specialist construction management.

What we expect from you:

• Training in the field of building construction with further education as a certified construction manager
• Several years of experience in construction management in Switzerland
• Solution- and goal-oriented personality
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
• Independent, careful, and committed working style
• Good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
