About the job
Your Tasks
- Planning, management, and supervision of IT projects in various subject areas (e.g., digitization of HR processes, web)
- Consulting the specialist departments regarding the modeling of business processes and the appropriate use of IT solutions
- Assessment of requirements and support in requirements gathering
- Participation in the creation of analyses, studies, concepts, and solution proposals
- Preparation of decision-making bases for clients and project management
- Ensuring communication and information flow within the project with all parties involved
- Support in change management for the successful handling of change processes
Your Profile
- Degree at tertiary level (University of Applied Sciences, ETH/University or Higher Technical School) in business administration, computer science, or business informatics
- Solid, several years of experience in managing various projects
- Experience and knowledge at the interface of business and IT
- Further training in project management, leadership, communication, process management, or similar is an advantage
- Knowledge of requirements, organizational forms, processes, and IT applications in the education sector is an advantage
- An independent, customer-oriented as well as structured and goal-oriented working style
