Property Manager 100% (m/f)
Your Tasks
- Independent, sole management of residential and commercial properties
- Organization of re-letting rental properties, conducting rental property inspections and handovers, preparing final invoices
- Contact with prospective tenants, tenants, and craftsmen
- Ensuring property maintenance
- Handling correspondence, recharging, reporting, general secretarial tasks
- Deputy tasks in the management team
- Assistance in implementing process optimizations/digitalization
- Assistance with special tasks such as initial rentals after renovation
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical basic training with subsequent further education in real estate
- Professional certificate in property management or similar training is an advantage
- Professional experience in managing rental properties
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and preferably AbaImmo
- You enjoy contact with tenants, authorities, craftsmen, and caretakers and communicate confidently in German; additional foreign language skills are a plus
- You act independently, think entrepreneurially, understand how to set priorities, can structure and organize complex issues, and are willing to travel occasionally throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland with your own vehicle and/or public transport
- Ideal age 30 – 40 years
