Your tasks are

Telephone and written advice as well as support of our demanding customers across our entire product range (D/F/I/E)
Order processing from A to Z including follow-up (order control, receipt of orders and complaints, creation of system offers, individual, monthly and service invoices, credit notes)
Processing orders (material availability, clarification of delivery times and prices) as well as answering individual customer inquiries
Recording customer master data
Close cooperation with internal contact groups such as field service, purchasing, warehouse, logistics as well as with all other laboratory locations
Maintenance of customer and other master data
Creation of various statistics
Support of the back office/product management management
Participation in projects and special topics
General administrative support

You bring with you

Completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA), laboratory technician, pharmaceutical assistant or a commercial training, ideally with experience in healthcare
Strong customer orientation, high commitment and enjoyment of teamwork
Confident communication, conscientious with a solution-oriented and independent working style
Native German speaker, very good French skills (mandatory) and knowledge of Italian
Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
Interest in healthcare
