Job description
The EMS of the Mandement are Medico-Social Establishments. La Plaine Residence is part of it and houses 92 residents. We support people of AVS age who have lost autonomy and sometimes suffer from psychological or psychiatric disorders. Our philosophy is based on multidisciplinary collaboration.
As such, we are looking for a cafeteria employee at 80% on a fixed-term contract until 31.10.2026.
Your mission:
– Ensure quality table and cafeteria service adapted to the circumstances
– Manage the cash register typing and ensure the adequacy of receipts and the cafeteria cash fund
– Manage the registration of employee meals
– Manage the setup and stock management
– Collaborate and ensure compliance with hygiene standards and monitor their application
Profile sought
– Proven experience in a similar role
– Dynamism, flexibility, and open-mindedness
– Good presentation
– Mandatory knowledge of computer tools
– Spoken and written French mandatory
– Mandatory table service training
– Knowledge of basic hygiene in a hospital environment desired
– Sense of contact with residents, relatives, and external clientele
