Medical Practice Assistant EFZ 40-60% from 1.8.2026 or by arrangement
The general practitioner practice at Rütimeyerplatz was administratively newly founded in November 2025. Centrally located in Basel, we have freshly renovated, modern premises in a beautiful old building. Our team consists of 3 female doctors, 2 MPAs, and one apprentice in the 1st year of training. With a lot of energy and joy, we work to create an environment where patients, MPAs, and doctors feel comfortable and enjoy coming to work.
Tasks
Reception and telephone, as well as appointment scheduling
ECG, lung function, practice laboratory, 24h blood pressure, assistance with minor surgical procedures, infusions, emergency management
We expect
- You have completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA)?
- You are empathetic, enjoy working with patients, and already put a smile on their face at the reception?
- You like the varied work in a general practitioner practice?
- You appreciate working in an equal team where everyone communicates at eye level?
- You like to take responsibility in the team and complete your tasks independently and reliably?
- You respond flexibly to new challenges and keep an overview, even when the waiting room is full?
- You are a recent graduate or re-entrant and want to start your career anew?
