Administrative Secretary Inheritance Matters (50-80%)
Your area of responsibility
You will independently handle all inheritance procedures at the District Court Bülach in a team of five people, working closely with the legal office. Your tasks include, in particular, recording the procedures, identifying heirs domestically and abroad, drafting decisions (independently and based on templates), providing telephone information to parties or authorities, and performing all administrative tasks in this area. The workload is initially 50% with the option and desire to increase it in the medium term.
Your profile
These varied and challenging tasks require a reliable, service-oriented, and flexible personality. You work very precisely and result-oriented and know how to manage your diverse daily work independently and in a structured manner. Good manners and discretion are a matter of course for you. You have a commercial basic education and preferably experience in public administration or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., work in a law firm). Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (MS Office tools, especially Word) are required. Knowledge of inheritance law will facilitate your entry (but is not required!) and foreign language skills (English, French, Italian) are an advantage. If you also remain calm in hectic situations and keep an overview, do not hesitate to apply with us.
