For our 12-member team, we are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Product Content Manager:in from November 1, 2025 or by arrangement, who contributes to the further development of our online shop with clear, target group-oriented texts and an eye for detail.
In this role, you ensure that product texts and information are formulated clearly, precisely, and target group-oriented and contribute to visibility, customer satisfaction, and increased sales through search engine optimized content. Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of product texts and descriptions that both inform and promote sales
- Prioritization and structuring of product information according to relevance and target group needs
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of all product texts throughout the German-speaking online shop
- Search engine optimized preparation of content to increase visibility
- Close coordination with online category management for information gathering
- Collaboration and coordination with external text agencies
- Use and evaluation of AI-supported tools to optimize text production and data preparation
- Completed commercial training; further education in e-commerce is an advantage
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a commercial environment and initial contact with e-commerce is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially good Excel skills
- Experience with PIM systems (Product Information Management) is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility as well as careful and focused working style – even with repetitive tasks
- Open, likeable personality with team spirit and a proactive, interested attitude
