Tasks

You take responsibility for the medium- and long-term management of our crew capacities. In doing so, you create data-based decision-making foundations and actively drive the further development of capacity planning.

• You manage capacity planning for our cockpit and cabin crews and ensure that production needs and staffing levels are balanced - taking into account economic efficiency, operational requirements, and contractual conditions
• Development of forecasts and budgets based on various fleet scenarios
• Determination of training and recruitment needs in close coordination with internal stakeholders
• Preparation of analyses and decision-making bases for management
• Further development and optimization of capacity planning processes as well as identification of automation and efficiency potentials
• Derivation of medium-term capacities and measures including calculation of vacation and part-time quotas

Requirements

In addition to your completed education in the fields of business, computer science, or aviation, you have professional experience in planning, capacity management, or controlling.
