To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a Head of Finance 100% (m/f/d) as of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Head of Finance 100% (m/f/d)
You are responsible for the financial management and target achievement of the company across all areas including Supply Chain (Business Partnering) and report directly to the Head of Finance Unilever CH. You lead the finance department with 4 employees (1 direct report) and maintain a close and constructive collaboration with the management team as well as the HR department. Your contribution to the creation and implementation of the company’s strategic direction and objectives is crucial for targeted development.
Your tasks:
- Member of the management team
- Management of profit and loss statement and balance sheet
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Responsibility for group and statutory reporting
- Controlling with annual planning, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses
- Preparation of strategic and operational business cases and financial models
- Cross-departmental business partnering for sales, marketing, and supply chain
- Responsibility for risk management and external audits
- Implementation of group projects including support for M&A
- Interface function to the group with coordination and implementation of group projects
Your profile:
- Completed university degree in business administration, finance, accounting, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge in:
- Accounting (IFRS/Swiss GAAP)
- Controlling, budgeting, forecasting
- Risk management & compliance
- Financial modeling, sales/product costing
- A plus - knowledge of modern IT landscapes:
- ERP systems (especially MS 365 Dynamics Business Central)
- Digitalization strategies
- Data management & reporting tools (Power BI) - At least 8 years of experience in senior and similar finance functions
- Proven success in:
- Building or further developing finance organizations
- Finance business partnering within a company/business unit
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Ideally experience in a medium-sized or internationally active company, preferably in FMCG or a manufacturing company
- Experience in investment decisions, strategic corporate planning, and M&A is an advantage
Your skills:
- Strategic thinking with strong entrepreneurial understanding

- High digital competence and affinity for technology
- Strong leadership skills (servant leadership)
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Willingness to change and experience in change management
- High integrity and ability to set priorities even under high pressure
Languages and IT skills:
- German skills mandatory, very good English skills (spoken & written)
- Confident handling of modern IT tools, BI systems, and ERP solutions
