Your Tasks
- You take on nursing tasks in basic care
- You perform household tasks
- You support our residents in their individual daily activities and group activities, thus ensuring the well-being of our residents
- You recognize changes and needs of the residents and respond appropriately to them
- Active participation in nursing reports, team meetings, and internal training
What you bring with you
- Training as a nursing assistant (PA, AGS) or equivalent training (SRK Care Assistant)
- You enjoy working with elderly people and respect their dignity and self-determination
- You show interest and appreciation in working with our residents, customers, and employees
- You have good German skills (at least level B1)
- You are curious and want to engage in a varied field of tasks
- You are helpful, reliable, and quickly integrate into an existing team
- The irregular working hours bring you a welcome change
