Job Description
- Disciplinary personnel responsibility (personnel selection, personnel management, personnel development, team leadership) of your store in cooperation with your Area Manager
- Performance improvement and responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals including KPI management, sales promotion
- Effective and targeted store operations management (e.g. cash register, warehouse, visual merchandising, store organization, store management) in compliance with and implementation of our company policies
- Independent management of daily business as a role model for your team on the store floor and in the administrative back office
Qualifications

- Proactive & inspiring leader out of passion and brand ambassador with strong communication skills (German: very good; English: basic knowledge) as well as linking skills: You understand that the heart of Rituals is our employees – your strengths lie especially in coaching individual potential development, among other things through constructive feedback, characterized by an empathetic and pragmatic leadership style
- Familiarity with digital tools as well as a structured way of working and flexibility: Your ability to plan efficiently, delegate, set priorities, and optimally use resources helps you and your team achieve excellent performance
- Affinity for the beauty world and cosmetics industry or lifestyle industry and at least two years of experience in disciplinary employee leadership as a store manager (m/f/d), shop manager (m/f/d), or in a comparable position in a service-oriented industry (e.g. retail, gastronomy, hospitality, tourism)
