Your Tasks

• Diabetes Counseling: You conduct consultations with patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes and instruct on the use of continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pumps
• Therapy Education: You comprehensively instruct affected individuals on diabetes-related therapies
• Knowledge Transfer: You plan and conduct training sessions, further education, and lectures for patients, professionals, and interested parties
• Collaboration: You work closely with nutritional counseling, nursing, therapy, medicine, hospitality, and diet kitchen

Your Profile

• Education: Training in the field of "Diabetes Counseling" or comparable areas
• Experience: Initial professional experience in diabetes counseling
• IT Skills: Good user knowledge of common IT programs
• Personality: You bring commitment, a high service orientation, and very good communication skills
• Teamwork: You enjoy interprofessional work, are flexible, and a team player
