The Wysshölzli Clinic is a leading specialist clinic for women with addiction disorders and eating disorders and offers 37 inpatient treatment places as well as two outpatient clinics. The clinic is on the hospital list of the canton of Bern, has a service contract with the cantonal health and welfare directorate, and contracts with health insurers. The location in Oberaargau, canton of Bern, in a quiet location convinces with beautiful nature and proximity to Bern, Solothurn, Olten, and Langenthal.Your tasks
‐ Management of individual specialist areas and/or outpatient clinics
‐ Deputy head of treatment
‐ Ensuring and further developing inpatient and outpatient therapy services
‐ Promoting coordination and communication in the interdisciplinary therapist team
‐ Participation in projects, concept work, and quality management
‐ Designing processes taking into account economic efficiency and patient orientation
‐ If interested, patient work, for example conducting indication discussions, psychotherapeutic treatment, offers for relatives
Your profile
‐ Degree as a federally recognized psychotherapist or specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy, with professional experience
‐ Several years of personnel management experience
‐ Initiative, integrative and flexible personality, networked thinking and resilient
‐ Very good organizational and communication skills
‐ Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and further development of the clinic
‐ Experience in the areas of eating disorders and addiction disorders is an advantage
