- Consulting and support of the specialist departments in the form of incident recording, error analysis, and troubleshooting within the scope of 1st and 2nd level support
- Installation and monitoring of the IT infrastructure (Microsoft environment) as well as taking on an interface function between the specialist departments and IT
- Participation in change and migration projects
- Analysis and optimization of existing IT processes
- Documentation of IT workflows as well as evaluation for reporting
Your Expertise
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system management clerk, or a comparable training/studies
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned activities and knowledge in handling Microsoft 365
- Independent and conscientious way of working
- You also like to look beyond the horizon
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
