Department:DECSEntity :Employment Service (SEMP)Activities :You support and advise the service management on all legal matters related to the service's mission, particularly within the framework of strategic objectives related to employment policies. You are also responsible for analyzing and preparing reports related to specific projects as well as preparing complex files. In coordination with the management team, you ensure the management of consultations in your area of expertise. Additionally, you draft administrative decisions and participate in consultations related to political processes. Finally, you monitor collective dismissals and support management in handling sensitive situations.Desired profile :Holder of a university degree in law or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of experience in a support or advisory role. You master federal and cantonal legal provisions regarding employment and are capable of analyzing complex situations to propose appropriate legal solutions. You also actively participate in the deployment of employment missions and policies, which allows you to have a strategic and operational vision of the sector's challenges. Endowed with excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills, you demonstrate rigor, organization, and a sense of priorities.
