Head of Corporate Clients and Member of the Bank Management (m/f/d)

For Raiffeisenbank Untere Emme, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Biberist, Gerlafingen, Recherswil, and Utzenstorf, we are looking for an independent and entrepreneurial-minded personality as Head of Corporate Clients and Member of the Bank Management (m/f/d).

• Co-responsibility for the strategic, entrepreneurial, and business management of the bank
• Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the corporate client business
• Management of your own corporate client portfolio
• Needs- and solution-oriented advice to corporate clients on financial matters
• Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships within the framework of cross-selling
• Independent activity thanks to entrepreneurial freedom (own initiative)
• Targeted acquisition of new customers in the business area
• Assumption of representative tasks and active maintenance of networks

• Higher banking or business administration education with appropriate further training
• Proven practical and leadership experience
• Many years of professional experience in corporate client business
• Team-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded personality with pronounced customer orientation, negotiation skills, and confident appearance
• Solution-oriented, independent, and networked thinking
• Strong-willed; advancing the area together with the team – strongly focused on acquisition
