Your tasks - your passion:121 rooms | 2 spa areas over 1,800 m2 | many regular guests & YOU!
- Representing the restaurant management during absences
- Assisting in the organization, coordination, and leadership of the 14-member service team
- Ensuring warm hospitality for our international guests within the framework of half-board
- Inventory control and supplying the outlets with wine and other beverages in the absence of the restaurant management
- Independently managing a station, including wine and beverage sales as well as cash handling
- Ensuring consistent implementation of all operational standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Creating and checking daily seating plans for the half-board restaurant
- Writing duty rosters using the Mirus software
Your profile – what sets you apart:
- Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or similar qualification
- Professional and specialized experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- An engaged and independent working style
- Warmth, confident demeanor, and polished manners
- You recognize even the unspoken guest needs
- Very good German skills, confident communication skills in English
