About the job

From planning über control to implementation – you accompany varied (partial) projects at banks and insurance companies and work closely with interdisciplinary teams. You can contribute your expertise here:

• Accounting: You optimize and digitize accounting processes, accompany ESG issues and support the introduction of modern software solutions.
• Risk & Regulatory: You analyze regulatory requirements and develop practical solutions for our customers. You keep an eye on trends such as sustainable finance, digitization and financial crime – and translate them into concrete measures.
• Treasury / Capital Investment: You contribute to investment strategies, support the derivation of strategic asset allocations and the sustainable orientation of portfolios.
• Controlling: You develop modern control and reporting processes and actively shape transformation projects.
• Business Development: With your know-how, you support the acquisition of new projects and strengthen our market presence. Your professional impulses are crucial for successful customer discussions.
• Ownership & Innovation: You bring in your own ideas – whether through the development of new products, writing specialist articles or organizing inspiring customer events.

Your skills:

• Successful university degree (economics, e.g. business administration, economics, business administration, or natural sciences, e.g. mathematics, physics).
• Professional experience (in consulting, at an auditing firm, in the financial or insurance industry or at a FinTech).
• Leadership: You have initial leadership experience, are strong in communication and appear motivating and appreciative.
• Customer orientation is very important to you. The customer is always the focus in ongoing project work.
