Group Leader Assembly Late Shift

We are an owner-managed Swiss family business that has been developing, producing, and assembling plastic parts using injection molding on behalf of customers since 1981. Versatility in individual customer solutions, precision in tool development, efficiency in series production, and flexibility in assembly are our strengths. The SKS team consists of around 100 employees.

To strengthen our team in assembly, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a late shift (2:00 pm - 10:45 pm) a

Group Leader Assembly Late Shift - 100%

• Troubleshooting and minor repairs on assembly machines
• Maintenance of equipment and carrying out system inspections
• Technical leadership of the assigned assembly groups
• Monitoring production orders, quality, and adherence to deadlines
• Setting up workstations
• Complying with and enforcing safety regulations in the department

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant operator, or similar technical education
• Experience in maintenance of assembly machines
• Motivation to lead a team of 10 employees during the shift
• High quality awareness as well as independent, committed working style
• Team-oriented, communicative, and empathetic personality
