WE ARE LOOKING for the Dierikon location:

JUNIOR SITE MANAGER: ARCHITECTURE 80-100% (m/f/d)

• the management of the entire construction process
• the coordination of contractors and specialist planners
• the preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
• responsibility for quality on site
• schedule planning and cost control
• conducting interim and final inspections
• handover of the work to the client

• support during onboarding by an experienced site manager
• an architectural firm with character – cooperative, appreciative, and visionary

• preferably a basic education as a draftsman/woman EFZ Architecture
• the ability to think structurally and keep an overview
• further training as a technician or site manager or willingness to do so
• preferably some experience in site management
• German at a very high level
• a category B driving license
