Your tasks
- Permanent deputy of the chief physician
- Co-responsibility for the training of subordinate staff (m/f/d)
- Supervision of assistant doctors (m/f/d)
- Advising therapists and nursing staff (m/f/d)
- Treatment of children and adolescents in the outpatient clinic and on the wards
- Close cooperation with youth welfare offices, residential youth welfare institutions, schools as well as resident doctors and therapists
- Participation in background services within the framework of on-call duty
- Committed collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
Your profile
- Specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
- High sense of responsibility as well as ability to inspire and motivate employees
- Personality with high professional and social competence, contributing to the continuous development of our patient-oriented care
- High integrative power through collegial leadership style as well as professional authority
- Economic thinking and acting in terms of medical and operational requirements
- Respectful interaction with patients and colleagues
- For non-native speakers, very good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1 certificate)
