Responsibilities
- Welcome, inform and guide candidates and hotel employees
- Establish, monitor and control accident, illness and maternity declarations as well as social insurances
- Manage arrival and departure formalities of employees (permit requests, allowances, etc.)
- Handle various administrative tasks of the HR office (mail management, correspondence related to personnel movements)
- Manage apartments and staff house rented to employees
- Keep employee files and the HRIS up to date
- Participate in the implementation of leisure activities for employees
- Manage a collaborator
- Be the link with managers and employees
Profile sought
- Mastery of the social insurance system and knowledge of Swiss labor legislation, especially the CCNT
- Proven experience in human resources. Knowledge of the hotel and restaurant trades is a very important asset
- Proficiency in common computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Mirus is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and great rigor
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills, comfortable speaking in public
- Team spirit, flexibility, versatility and comfortable with luxury hotel codes
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Initiative and autonomy
