We are looking for a
Sustainability Manager 30-50% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You support the further development and implementation of our sustainability strategy in the areas of environment, social affairs, and responsible procurement
- You coordinate sustainability projects and ensure that defined measures are implemented and measurable in the operations
- You collect and analyze data on relevant sustainability indicators (e.g. energy, waste, food waste, suppliers) and create internal evaluations and reports from them
- You raise awareness and train managers as well as employees on sustainability topics and support internal communication measures
- You contribute to the preparation of external sustainability reports and ensure that legal requirements are met
- You monitor trends, legal developments, and best practices in the field of sustainability and bring practical impulses into our organization
Your profile
- You have training or further education in the field of sustainability, environmental management, facility management, or comparable
- You have initial to several years of professional experience in the sustainability field, ideally in gastronomy, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment
- You work in a structured, independent, and pragmatic manner – and keep an overview even with various projects
- You are strong in communication and know how to inspire and engage people for sustainability
- You bring a good understanding of operational processes and think solution-oriented, not ideological
- You have very good German and English skills; good French skills are an advantage
