Bar Manager New Opening 2026 100% (m/f/d)

• Establishing and positioning the Healthy & Enjoyment Bar as a meeting point for international guests

• Developing an innovative drink menu focusing on low and non-alcoholic drinks as well as selected classics

• Ensuring a distinctive guest experience through professional hospitality and presence with guests

• Recruiting, building, training, and further developing a motivated bar team

• Participating in events and in positioning the bar

• Scheduling, collaborating with suppliers, ordering, inventories, and reporting

• International experience in hospitality or gastronomy and enthusiasm for actively shaping new things

• Experience in developing innovative drink ideas, ideally in the area of low or non-alcoholic drinks

• Initial leadership experience or work in a deputy role with a clear desire to take the next step

• Motivated to help shape a bar from the start and ideally already have experience with a new opening

• Hospitality qualities, confident appearance, and enjoyment of direct guest contact

• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
