Are you ready to further develop and successfully lead our branch in Pfäffikon SZ? Do you live mountain sports together with your team and inspire our customers every day anew? Then we are looking for you as an experienced branch manager at our location in Pfäffikon SZ.

Bächli Bergsport is the leading Swiss specialist store for mountaineering, climbing, expeditions, hiking, ski touring, and snowshoeing. In eleven sales branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, two sales branches in the French-speaking part, and one sales branch in Ticino, we offer our demanding customers the best products and brands, expert advice, and high-quality service.

• You take overall responsibility for the branch – including sales, costs, and profit.
• With a strong customer and success orientation, you pursue the objectives of the branch as well as the entire company.
• You lead a team of around 15 employees (including apprentices) across all personnel processes. You will be supported by your deputy, department heads, and a well-coordinated team.
• As a host, customer loyalty and service quality are your top priorities. You profitably contribute your own mountain sports experience.
• You ensure an attractive store appearance, take on administrative and planning tasks, and independently implement exciting projects.

• You have several years of leadership and professional experience in a comparable position.
• After your apprenticeship, you completed higher education, e.g., as a retail specialist or an equivalent further education.
• You actively practice mountain sports yourself (e.g., climbing, high-altitude tours, or ski touring) and know how to convey this passion authentically and convincingly.
• You bring high social competence and know how to challenge and promote your team at the right moment.
• You communicate confidently in German and can also professionally interact with our customers in English.
