About the job
What you can achieve
- Analyze, prepare, and interpret quality-relevant data on medical treatment processes and their outcomes
- Create sophisticated data analyses and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Advise clinics and departments on the collection and analysis of quality indicators
- Further develop quality dashboards
- Monitor data quality in medical registries
- Initiate, plan, implement, and iteratively evaluate projects for quality development (PDCA cycle)
- Hospital-wide implementation of innovative outcome measurements
What you bring
- Master's degree (University of Applied Sciences or University; e.g., Health Sciences, Medicine, Social Sciences, Psychology, Natural Sciences, Business Administration)
- Solid statistical knowledge and confident use of data analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata); SQL skills are an advantage
- Ability to derive actionable insights from numbers
- Ideally experience in quality management in healthcare
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Service orientation, independent working style, and team spirit
- Good English skills; French skills are an advantage
