Around 300 employees and 12 apprentices ensure daily that our fresh meat, sausage, and caterer specialties find their way into gastronomy and retail. Mission: The goal of the position is the sustainable expansion of our customer base in gastronomy through competent advice, active new customer acquisition, and the consistent implementation of our sales strategy to achieve sales and profit targets.

Your area of responsibility:

• Active conduct of sales talks and intensive advice on the possible uses of our products
• Acquisition of new customers and continuous expansion of the customer base
• Ensuring timely processing of special sales
• Ongoing maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Successful implementation of the sales strategy
• Planning and organization of customer visits
• Control of compliance with customer agreements and delivery dates
• Achievement of sales targets regarding turnover and profit
• Active participation in meetings, training, and coaching measures
• Additional support of the internal sales team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cook or meat specialist
• Very good command of the German language, spoken and written
• Advantageous: Experience in field sales in the food industry
• Desirable: existing network in the gastronomy target group
• Efficient and structured working style with high quality and responsibility awareness
• Networked thinking as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
• Confident use of common PC programs, especially MS Office
• High flexibility and confident handling of hectic work situations
• Independent initiation and implementation of tasks
• Consistent goal pursuit and convincing communication
